Job summary

SCA Health in Ohio is seeking a licensed physical therapist to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions as part of a collaborative team. You will work with leading providers and coordinate care using electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a physical therapy degree (B.S./M.S./Ph.D) and Ohio license.
• Minimum of 2 years physical therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates are considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries per physician orders.
• Uses electronic health records to complete evaluations and progress notes.
• Develops and implements plans of care with measurable goals.
• Instructs patients in home exercise programs.
• Provides coverage at other SBO locations as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and professional standards.
