• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
