Job summary

OrthoAlliance Central Ohio is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join SCA Health's Ohio team. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver established care plans to patients across our facilities.

Required: valid Ohio PTA license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of related experience preferred. The role emphasizes documentation, patient safety, and collaborative care within a values-driven network.

Qualifications

• Ohio PTA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under a plan of care directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Direct supervision of supportive personnel (front desk, Rehab Aide, students, etc.).
• Provide timely and accurate documentation to support the plan of care and billing codes.
• Follow Ohio OTPTAT Board standards of practice and APTA Code of Ethics.
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas in a safe, clean state for patient safety.
• Perform on-the-job training of clinical staff, students, and volunteers.
• Occasional driving to other company offices or events.
