Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You in Ohio is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to a diverse caseload across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based care.

Candidates must hold a valid PT license in Ohio, possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and be prepared for a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team to promote independence and optimize outcomes.
