Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in facility settings. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and provide hands-on physical therapy to help patients regain strength and function.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or proof of license and eligibility).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a PT-related field with a PT Bachelor's degree; or Bachelor's in PT with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and other care professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in an in-facility setting.
