Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy in an in-facility setting. You will assess needs, design recovery plans, and provide PT services to help patients regain function and mobility.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, mentor assistants and engage in ongoing learning while supporting patient independence in varied care environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required; or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience qualifies.
• License outside the U.S. must be evaluated to US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver and manage physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Coordinate care across facility and home-based settings.
