Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and strategies for recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to standards.
• Comply with regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
• Contribute to efficient clinic operations as part of a team.
