Qualifications

• Education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for federal employment; foreign equivalency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations across clinical settings (inpatient, outpatient, CLC).
• Plan and implement individualized treatment based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Enter results in the electronic medical record and communicate recommendations to providers.
