Job summary

Life Care Center of St. Louis is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy programs in St. Louis, MO. A $12,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The PT will provide direct rehab care upon physician referral, adhering to Life Care standards and applicable laws.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT) and an active license in good standing. CPR certification is required. Prior experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Current license to practice in the applicable state; maintain active license.
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaises with patients, families, and support departments to plan for patient needs.
• Must demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision making.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, and procedures.
• Communicate on an interdisciplinary team and chart appropriately.
