Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for River's Bend Retirement Community in Kuttawa, KY. This full-time, daytime role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to impact patient outcomes by applying evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a current state license, NPTE eligibility for new grads, and has 1 year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE - new grads welcome!
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
