Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our River's Bend Retirement Community team in Kuttawa, KY. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with other disciplines to optimize outcomes.

New grads welcome. Full-time daytime schedule with a comprehensive benefits package, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• State PT license valid and NPTE passed; new grads welcome.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) - new grads welcome!

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
