Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students in New Jersey. This role supports the current school year with flexible scheduling and strong team backing.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure as a Physical Therapist, NJ school certification, and up-to-date clearances, plus professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it. Hours align with school-based schedules.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• School certification in New Jersey required.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility for physical therapy services.
• Enhance students' academic abilities through therapeutic intervention.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic services.
• Prepare evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Perform all related work, documentation, and reporting.
• Attend school team or IEP meetings as necessary.
