Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students during the current school year in New Jersey.

The position offers flexible scheduling across four schools and an hourly rate of $68–$78. Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and preparing reports, with participation in school meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• School Certification in New Jersey.
• Possession of up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluating students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services.
• Enhancing students' academic abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategies.
• Providing appropriate therapeutic services.
• Preparing Evaluation Reports, Developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
• Attending a school team or IEP meetings as necessary.
• Enjoy scheduling flexibility and support from account team.

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is for the current school year.

Physical Therapist Salary Range: $68 - $78 per hour

Physical Therapist Position Details:

• Part-Time (3 Days/week)
• 1 Day/week split between the High School and Eisenhower Intermediate School
• 1 Day/week - all day at Middle School
• 1 Day/week - split between Hillside Intermediate School and Hamilton Primary School

Hours

• High School Hours: 8:00 - 3:00
• Intermediate School Hours: 8:00 - 2:25
• Primary School Hours: 9: 20 - 3:40

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• School Certification in the state of New Jersey
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
