Interface Rehab, Inc. in California is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics, with up to 40 hours per week. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and families to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Experience in post-acute care, outpatient clinics, or senior care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
