Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Saint Robert is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive assessments and individualized care for adults and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab staff, ensuring alignment with Mercy's mission and standards.

The role supports a flexible schedule with a sign-on bonus (restrictions apply) and no weekends or holidays. New graduates and PTAs are welcome to apply, joining a collaborative Mercy Rehab team.

Qualifications

• Missouri license required or registry eligible.
• Current Oklahoma PT license required.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (BPT/MS/ DPT).
• BLS certification preferred or required before care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Contribute to mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Find your calling at Mercy!Under the general supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor at the Rehab Center at Mercy Health Center, and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahama Practice Act. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:Education

• Current Missouri license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible. Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical TherapyLicensure:
• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy

Certifications

• BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Preferred Experience:

• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
