Job summary

Confluent Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana to assess movement dysfunction and develop evidence-based plans of care. You will deliver therapeutic interventions and track outcomes to improve function and reduce pain, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist license in the state of practice or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals and needs.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adapt approach based on progress.

Responsibilities:

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About:

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/ Year( commensurate with experience)Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
