Job summary

Confluent Health in Carmi, IL is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our caring team serving a small rural community. You will assess movement dysfunction, design evidence-based plans, and guide patients through skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About:

Compensation: $73,000 - $90,000/ Year( commensurate with experience) Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
