Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Total Compensation Package

$80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, and position responsibilities.
