Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Florida is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to deliver evidence-based care across orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuro rehab in a busy clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients, design personalized plans, document in EMR, and participate in growth programs, with a six-week onboarding, mentorship, and residency-style development opportunities.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000available in select locations!
