Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in the United States is hiring for full-time Physical Therapists to elevate careers while impacting patients and communities.

You will work with a diverse caseload across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab, with a six-week onboarding, mentorship, and continuing education resources to support growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (9-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - 107,000 /year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
