Our therapists play a vital role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life following illness, injury, or surgery. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.Position SummaryThe Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy services that maximize functional independence and improve overall quality of life.
