LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for clinical roles across multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest. You will provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on quality and compliance.

You will follow all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and billing standards, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Open to both experienced therapists and new graduates.
• Successful completion of pre-employment standards.
