Job summary

PT Northwest in Woodburn, OR is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. This offers a competitive salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation support, and a strong benefits package.

New grads are welcome. The candidate should be licensed or eligible in Oregon, have CAPTE-accredited PT training, current BLS CPR, and a passion for patient care.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 - $7,500 relocation bonus for qualifying candidates

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
