Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Michigan. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized treatment, and educate patients and families with clear written instructions.

In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to high-quality care while ensuring compliance with Michigan licensure and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Michigan Physical Therapy license required.
• Vaccination against MMR, Varicella and annual flu vaccine per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Execute and adjust therapy plans in line with Michigan PT scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families with written instructions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients.

In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice

Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary.

You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.

What's Required

• Bachelor's degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
