Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient rehab clinic in Frankfort, MI. You will assess patient needs, plan and execute individualized PT programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outpatient care.

The role requires a Michigan PT license and a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. A sign-on bonus is offered, with flexible on-call weekends and a 36-hour workweek, Monday through Friday at our Frankfort location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Physical Therapy.
• Active State of Michigan Physical Therapy License required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families with written instructions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in partnership with Mary Free Bed.

A Day in the Life

• As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients.
• In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice
• Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary.
• You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.

What’s Required

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
