Job summary

Munson Healthcare Careers in Michigan is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehab Clinic. You will assess patient needs, plan and execute individualized treatment plans in line with Michigan licensure, and provide education to patients and families.

Job Description

• As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients.
• In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planningand executingindividual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice
• Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their familyincluding written instructions as necessary.
• You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
