Spaulding West Region Outpatient Physical Therapist Float
8% premium pay and up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus
Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities. Restore patient physical functioning by interpreting physical therapy evaluations and test results; determining physical therapy treatment goals and plans; administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities and in using assistive and supportive devices.
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required. For licensure prior to 2016, a bachelor’s or master’s degree is acceptable; licensure from 2016 onward requires completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Therapist will provide required coverage at Spaulding Outpatient Centers Framingham, Wellesley, and Brighton.
