NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient float position in the United States. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and staff across multiple clinic sites in Erie and nearby towns.

This salaried role offers a starting salary of $70,000+ with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and opportunities for growth through specialized care and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Float

Location: Float between Erie, Edinboro, Seneca, Franklin and Sandy Lake

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment for the life of your loan

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (2-3 evenings until 7 PM) Saturday rotation

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $70,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
