Qualifications

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Float

Location: Float between Erie, Edinboro, Seneca, Titusville, Franklin and Sandy Lake areas

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (7 am - 12 pm)

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/Hr. commensurate with experience

Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top‑notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. We are seeking a PTA with a strong orthopedic, sports medicine, manual therapy, and workers’ compensation interest. Indirect supervision preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
