NovaCare Rehabilitation in Erie, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as an Outpatient Center Manager. You will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehab services that restore function and promote well‑being.

This salaried, full‑time role offers a starting salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus $5,000 sign‑on and student loan repayment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and evenings until 6 pm, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $70,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
