Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services, floating between centers across the greater Pittsburgh area, including Cranberry, Mars, and Seven Fields. New grads welcome; centralized coverage enables a 30–50 minute commute from base communities.

This full-time salaried role starts at $68,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a student loan repayment program. Benefits include mentorship, CEU opportunities, generous PTO, health/dental/vision, and a company 401(k)

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Float between centers both North and South of Pittsburgh (Butler, New Castle, Ellwood City, Mercer, South Hills, McMurray, and Jefferson)

Incentives: $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Program

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $68,000 and up, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment program

Full-time Float Physical Therapist position supporting multiple clinic locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh market, both north and south of the city. The ideal candidate will be based in the Cranberry, Mars, or Seven Fields area to provide a centralized location within the coverage region. From these communities, all assigned clinics are within a 30-50 minute commute. New Grads welcome to apply!
