Reliant Rehabilitation in Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in partner facilities. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will supervise PTAs and rehab technicians, coordinate discharge planning, maintain compliance with regulations, and participate in continuing education to stay at the forefront of physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
