Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing setting. You will develop individualized plans of care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and guide patients back to their highest level of independence.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current NY State PT license or eligibility is required.
• Strong interest in geriatric rehab and functional outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• New graduates are welcome; mentorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, focusing on orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and deconditioning cases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the care team to restore independence.
