Qualifications

• Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out treatment plans and collect objective data.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMRs, including progress notes.
• Educate residents and families on safe mobility techniques and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and data collection.
• Implement treatment plans, exercises, modalities and mobility training.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervising PT.
