Qualifications

• Must have CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree and license/eligibility in Maine.
• Strong documentation and EHR skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Supervise and coordinate care by PT assistants and rehab technicians.
• Set measurable goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Utilize rehab equipment and stay current with techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
