Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement plans, and discharge when appropriate, while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs.

The role requires a valid state PT license and graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program. You will work within a supportive clinical team that adheres to regulatory standards and promotes ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Upholds professional conduct and complies with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; manage case load and ensure quality care.
