Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts State Licensure.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to supervise and support assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various treatment techniques.
• Prescribe medications to relieve pain and increase mobility.
• Teach patients exercise techniques to improve their health.
• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic massage techniques.
• Maintain patient records and utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make referrals as necessary.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
