Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Position divided between Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule.
