RehabAuthority is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to collaborate with licensed PTs and deliver high-quality rehab care. You will implement treatment plans, assist in therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress toward recovery.

The role offers hourly pay of $27.00–$32.00 plus productivity incentives, with flexible schedules and a strong focus on patient outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure as PTA or certification is required.
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure caseload attendance and adherence.
