Job summary

Patriot Health and Rehab in Tennessee is seeking a Physical Therapist PT to join our Therapy Team. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct Physical Therapy services to ensure the highest quality resident care, under applicable standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in TN.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice and department procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
