Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position with a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. The role is in a SNF / long-term care setting, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, assist in patient selection, coordinate with the PT, and ensure compliant documentation. We offer a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing education in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
