Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops goals, documents services and plans.
• Designs and fits adaptive devices and trains residents in use.
• Selects modalities suited to individual needs and diagnoses.
• Consults with rehab team to select appropriate regimens.
• Instructs residents in mobility skills and monitors progress.
• Adapts programs to individual needs and ensures safety.
• Attends care conferences and participates in related meetings.
• Supervises supportive personnel according to standards.
• Orders supplies and maintains equipment as needed.
