• Holds current license/registration in the state where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive PT evaluation based on physician orders.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Document findings, progress, and discharge information; ensure compliance with guidelines and HIPAA.
