Luxor Healthcare seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide and assess patient care per standards and facility policies. You will work with the medical team to execute physician orders and plan of care within your licensure limits.

Responsibilities include outcome measurement, education delivery, discharge planning, and collaborative communication with patients, families, and staff to maximize rehabilitation benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient/client care and assessment in accordance with standards and policies.
• Takes measurements of patient/client status within licensure to assess care effectiveness.
• Maintains communication with evaluating therapist to maximize therapy benefits.
• Implements education plan and identifies additional educational needs.
• Supports discharge planning and reassessment with the evaluating therapist.
• Communicates with patient, family, and healthcare team to maximize care outcomes.
• Demonstrates knowledge of clinical techniques and modalities used in the setting.
