Westminster Towers in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess residents, develop care plans, and provide direct therapy. The role includes supervising licensed therapists and assistants, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable.
• Med-surg or Home Health experience helpful.
• Lymphedema Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat physical conditions to restore function and mobility.
• Design and carry out Care Plans for residents.
• Conduct assessments and screens for therapy needs.
• Provide treatment modalities and supervise staff and students.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the system.
