Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management while educating residents and families on safe equipment use.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support progress and independence, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or eligible for licensure as a PT.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
• Accurately document and bill in a timely manner.
