South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with nursing and facility staff to advance resident goals.

Qualifications
