Job summary

PHYT REHAB OF WISCONSIN INC is searching for an Independent Contractor Physical Therapist to provide meaningful patient care from home. The role requires a Wisconsin license and a CAPTE accredited degree, with two years of experience preferred.

Independent Contractor - Physical Therapist (PT). Our Independent Contractor Physical Therapists help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and regain physical strength. You’ll create and manage individualized care plans, work closely with physicians and the rehab team, and adjust goals based on each patient’s progress. At Phyt Rehab, your skills make a direct, positive impact on people’s lives — right where it matters most: their homes.

Position Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience, preferred.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as Physical Therapist.
• Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or successor organizations.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
