You’ll follow physician-prescribed plans to reduce physical limitations, update and revise care plans as needed, and communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, top-quality rehab services. Your compassion and clinical expertise will empower patients to thrive in the comfort of their homes.**Position Qualifications:*** As required, licensed by The State of Wisconsin as a Speech Language Pathologist* A master's degree is required and one (1) full year of supervised work experience.
