Mercy Fort Smith Chad Colley Rehab Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to work under Therapy Leadership. You will conduct objective assessments and design individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, while guiding rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in daily care.
Required education/licensure includes a current PT license; BLS certification is mandatory. Six months to a year of rehab PT experience is preferred, with flexible teamwork in a supportive Mercy

Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Education: Current State license of Physical Therapy. Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients.
